Scrapbooking is all about therapy!! Creating works of art with your own hand frees the mind of burdens that can weigh us down! Sharing unique ideas and finished products with others help to increase our own self-worth and self-esteem. A cup of herbal tea, priceless photos, great papers, quality adhesive and some of my favorite tools is the best therapy for me!
