Boo

It's always so much fun to get into the holiday season and spread the excitement to others! That's what I'm going to do with this neighborhood 'BOO'. I decided to give it a little 'Kiwi' touch, so I took a piece of cardboard (like the ones that come with some paper pads in the back) and traced and cut out a big pumpkin shape. Then I used some mod podge to cover it with really cute paper and used my Templates to add the finishing touches and to give it that real Halloween feel. On the back, I glued an envelope that I filled with some black ghosts from the Tiny Holiday set so that others will know what home has already been booed. I would recommend making two and starting with two homes in your neighborhood so it gets around in time for Halloween.

Make sure to let others know that you have been booed. Tape a little black ghost on your front door visible for others to see.

Here's the poem for the front of the pumpkin:

The air is cool, the season Fall,
Soon Halloween will come to all.
Ghosts and goblins, spooks galore,
Tricky witches at your door.
The spooks are after things to do,
In fact, a Spook brought this "BOO" to you!
The excitement comes when friends like you,
Make a treat and make it great.

We'll all have smiles upon our faces,
No one will know who BOO'ed whose places!
Just two short days to work your spell,
Keep it a secret, hide it well.
Please join the fun, the season's here
Just spread these "BOOs" and Halloween Cheer!

Here is what you write on the envelope on the back of the pumpkin:

You have been BOO'ed!
Please keep it going by following these directions:

1. Enjoy your treat.
2. Place a 'tiny ghost' on your front door or visible in a windo
w.
3. Within 2 days, take this note with the decorated pumpkin and make up some treats.
4. Secretly deliver to a neighbor without a 'ghost'.
5. Keep an eye on nearby front doors to see how far and fast it spreads by Halloween!
